Yanick does not see himself as a boss and never seeks to take sole credit for his achievements. It is with this mindset that he constructs his homes, paying particular attention to detail and listening to his clients while demonstrating a strong sense of flexibility.
Habitations Ladouceur was born from a fortunate series of events. In 2005, a chain of occurrences led Yanick to transition from his excavation company to a framing construction business. Leading a team of 35 employees, he successfully completed numerous projects over eight years, gaining the experience and trust necessary to build homes from A to Z. In 2013, Habitations Ladouceur completed its first house. It didn’t take long for his reputation for high-quality construction, with numerous inclusions, to spread, and he can now proudly say he has built nearly 300 units.

A part of the sales team since the very beginning, she wears many hats within the company, but it is the role of salesperson that she is most passionate about. As a real estate broker for over 15 years, Lucie knows how to highlight our constructions while emphasizing the essential details of their quality. Due to his skill and dedication, he quickly climbed the ranks, leading Yanick to invite him to work alongside him in founding Habitations Ladouceur, transitioning from on-site work to project management. In addition to ensuring effective management of home construction, Éric collaborates closely with all team members to establish clear communication, which is essential for the success of our many projects. The values he embodies add significant value to the company, and we are deeply grateful to have him with us after more than 15 years of loyal service.

Having been in the business for many years, Maureen has worked with a discerning eye over the past year to develop all the plans exclusive to the Les Cités Limoges project. Yasmina Chertouk graduated with a master’s degree in Geology from USTHB University in Algeria, as well as a diploma in web development. She joined Habitations Ladouceur as a Coordination and Development Officer. Within this family business, she has found her place and is proud to contribute to large-scale projects alongside skilled colleagues. This experience allows her to progress in a sector that she is truly passionate about.

Cam Huynh graduated in Finance and Accounting from the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM) and has always been passionate about real estate.
